The Inclusive Community Forum participated in SIC Notícias's Imagens de Marca and shared the key challenges and benefits of diversity and inclusion

Maria Castro e Almeida, from the Inclusive Community Forum, participated in SIC Notícias's program Imagens de Marca, about Human Companies.

It was an opportunity to share the main challenges and benefits of developing diversity and inclusion practices for Portuguese companies.
Nestlé and BNP Paribas, two companies that have strong diversity and inclusion policies, also shared their experience and best practices.

The statistics are known. Women have a higher qualification rate than men, but they earn worse (for equal jobs) and are more precarious. impACT stories #3: Everything is Possible

Round three for 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗔𝗖𝗧 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 with Salvador Mendes de Almeida, founder and president of Associação Salvador. Salvador is quadriplegic, caused by a spinal cord injury through a motorcycle accident at the mere age of 16 BUT he did not want his condition to hold him back. He created Associação Salvador with the mission of promoting the integration of people with disabilities in society and improving their quality of life.

We all have a role to play

We are on a mission to be a community dedicated to the development of talent and knowledge that impacts the world.

With just ten years to go, an ambitious global effort is underway to deliver the 2030 promise. We want to take a stand and we are calling on our community to showcase how they are contributing to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, whilst influencing more and more people to unravel their role to play.

Here, you will find four different ways your ideas can flourish, dialogue can be enhanced, and action can take place. You can choose one or all four, and Nova SBE will be there to support you all the way and guarantee tangible change.
