An AI assistant called Claire plays a crucial role in generating customized solutions for any hair need. Customers can get their treatment and refillable bottle with their product in selected L'Oréal salons. This new experience, named Cerclaire, is designed to be the most sustainable solution for professional product customization in the haircare industry.
