Nova SBE Hostes the 2024 Edition of the Prestigious SCECR Conference

In 2024, the conference took place at Nova SBE from June 19 to June 21, and its main theme was “Looking into the next 20 years of Information Systems Research”.

Created in 2005 by Ravi Bapna, Wolfgang Jank, and Galit Shmueli, SCECR aims to attract researchers in different areas (information systems, quantitative marketing, economics, statistics, and computer science, among others) to continually debate and use different domains and data and analyze their impact on the world today.

This year, the conference took place at Nova SBE from June 19 to June 21, and its main theme was “Looking into the next 20 years of Information Systems Research”.

The organizing team includes Nova SBE Michail Batikas, Rodrigo Belo, and Michael Kummer. This edition will cover topics such as e-commerce, social networks, digital content, finance, and telecommunications. See the full program here.
