Does healthy food always sound like way too much work, and does easy food always sound like the sort of stuff you shouldn't be eating? Hear the story behind Mum's Cooking, a Portuguese healthy frozen food brand created by our Alumna Catarina Partidário, with the vision that no one should ever have to chose between convenience and health.

Catarina graduated in Economics from Nova SBE in 2008 and for the first 10 years of her career she has worked in consulting and in businesses with a social impact in Lisbon, Angola and London. In 2018 Catarina decided to start her own business, Mum's Cooking, and she has since become an advocate for healthy eating and for conscious and sustainable entrepreneurship.
