Conta Connosco - Pro-bono initiative to help fresh graduates

Conta Connosco is an initiative started by a couple of Nova SBE Alumni to create a community of young Portuguese professionals ready to share their experiences and advice.

Launched on Labor Day, May 1, Conta Connosco initiative has the mission of helping all people who are having difficulty starting or managing their current careers.

The objective is to support interviews, make CV reviews, share relevant experiences for specific job/areas, or even find work inside and outside the country.

This support is aimed at all Portuguese speakers, from recent graduates to professionals in the process of a career change or reintegration into the job market.

To this end, a team of professional volunteers gathered around the world who made their pro-bono time available to receive these requests for help. Participants work in several areas, from Consulting, IT / Digital, Creativity, Recruitment, Management, and Operations, among others.

Today, it counts with more than 120 professionals who work in more than 100 companies, living abroad in more than ten different countries.
