We might be living a "discontinuity" in human history. In discontinuities, our values and paradigms shift. So, what happens in discontinuities? What new patterns emerge?

All the evidence we are collecting every day around the world among individuals and organizations points out that we might be living a "discontinuity" in human history. And why is it soimportant to acknowledge this fact and give a name to what we are living? Because our values, our paradigms, our common understanding about what is essential, shifts in discontinuities. So, what happens in discontinuities? What new patterns emerge when individuals and organizations are exposed to these massive changes in reality? And what are the new paradigms that will take us tothe next level of human evolution?
